Check the plug for traces of oil or carbon caused by burning oil, and change the plug if it's dirty. EFI engines are quite particular about the plug condition and gap. The Haflinger was a go-anywhere 4x4 from the sixties and not dissimilar to todays gator, although with superb engineering and was powered by a 600cc air cooled boxer twin over the rear wheels so the weight was nicely balanced up.
