The Goldfarb course and book are both good for both the boards. Boards by Numbers has a decent question bank. For the ABPM you will need a source for biomech and orthotics. T.AZPOD - no problem with online classes if you are for some reason living abroad or out of the country. DMU - maximum of three (3) online classes with labs.
