The AF became a corporate entity in the early 90s. We ditched the four pocket military style service dress in favor of a suit. Leadership started asking us if we knew who are "customer" was etc. Focus was more on cost effective ways of doing our job vs the best way. The Air Force is literally working it’s members to death.
