I've put it together based on my own research as well as hints/tips/suggestions ...1) Skill nodes, 2) Boost nodes and 3) Special nodes. Skill nodes are the ones that can roll other class's V1 or V2 skills. These extract for a very handsome amount of shards. Boost nodes will always be your own class's one.
